   We offer free shipping for all orders for customers residing in the USA. For international orders, shipping rates will vary based on the destination and weight of the package.

2. Processing Time
   All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays and peak shopping seasons.

3. Delivery Time
   Delivery times will vary depending on the destination of the package. Domestic orders typically take 3-5 business days, while international orders can take up to 10-15 business days. Some non handmade items, such as diffusers, may have extended shipping times of up to 4 weeks, as noted on product page. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Methods
   We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. The shipping methods available will vary depending on the destination of the package.

5. Tracking Information
   Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with tracking information so you can keep tabs on your package's delivery progress.

6. Shipping Restrictions
   We currently do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders that we suspect to be fraudulent or that violate our terms and conditions.
